APEARANTLY iTUNES CAN’T SPELL
Byzantine, one of the better technical deathcore bands to emerge in recent years, have released a b-side, “Salvation,” exclusively through iTunes. Once the announcement was made, however, many a poor, beleaguered Byzantine fan, including yours truly, was disappointed to find that there were no Byzantine tracks available on iTunes.
After doing some detective work, MetalSucks.net discovered that the problem is this: the track isn’t filed under “Byzantine,” but, rather, under the artist name “Byazantine.” I’m a little concerned with the money this error could potentially cost the band, but much more concerned about the eyesight of the iTunes administrative team: taking a look at the single’s artwork, the name “Byzantine” appears very largely and clearly in the upper right hand corner.
Anyways, you can find a link which takes you to the song here. Or just run a search for “Byazantine.” Whoever the fuck they are.
