R.I.P. ABIGAIL WILLIAMS: 2006-2007
Arizona black metallers Abigail Williams have announced their break-up just months releasing their debut EP, Legend. The band was supposed to be in the studio recording their first full-length album with legendary producer James Murphy, so I don’t know what happened here, other than this being a case of too much, too soon: members of the band were as young as 22, and the band had only been together about a year when Candlelight Records signed them.
Oh well; they showed a lot of promise, but now they’re gone. Read my original review of Legend here.
