Born of Osiris Dropped Their Latest Single “Elevate”

0

There’s no information about a new album in sight, but Born of Osiris have dropped their third stand-alone single with today’s release of the track “Elevate” and its accompanying music video. As you should probably expect at this point given their previous two singles “Torchbearer” and “A Mind Short Circuiting”, the song’s a little djenty with some electronic flavoring thrown in for good measure.

Speaking of the track, the band says “Elevate” feels more like an old school Born of Osiris song.

“‘Elevate’ embodies the essence of our roots. The combination of ethereal melodies with down-tuned guitars has helped inspire lyrics that evoke darker emotions.”

The timing of the song’s release couldn’t have come at a better time, as they’re currently out on tour with Attila, Traitors, Extortionist, and Not Enough Space. This is the band’s first tour since vocalist and keyboard player Joe Buras quit to “explore new opportunities”.
