ORCumentary’s One-Man, Basement Super Bowl Halftime Show Smashes Maroon 5’s
If, like myself, you were amongst the 100 million viewers watching the Super Bowl halftime show, you were one of the unlucky ones (many famous metal musicians agreed). Unbeknownst to us, while Maroon 5’s Adam Levine galavanted on stage and sang his plebeian, underwhelming routine, a far superb display of talent was live on Facebook to an audience of less than 100 people.
While Levine was busy ripping his shirt off, an orc-loving metalhead by the name of Orc Adams set out to deliver Earth’s greatest halftime show in his basement. Complete with heavy vocals, understated spike cuffs, and tubular shredding on the keyboard, he delivered. Big.
If his orc-inspired lyrics and power metal-like riffs aren’t enough to get your blood pumping, we’re not sure what will. Midway into the stream, you’re encouraged to clap your hands “wherever the fuck you are,” and Orc, we are all here for it! ORCumentary, we salute you.
