Someone Made a More Metal Version of Bring Me the Horizon’s “Medicine”

Bring Me the Horizon fans are up in arms about the band’s poppy change in direction on their new album Amo. Personally I never much liked the band’s “metal” material to begin with so I’m all for it; their latest single “Medicine” was straight up pop, and that’s fine!

One fan, YouTuber Nik Nocturnal, took to his preferred medium to unleash a cover of “Medicine” in the style of “their older and heavier albums.” It’s not bad by any means, but I prefer the original version: the heavy one just sounds like generic blah metal, while BMTH’s intended delivery is a bonafide, singalong radio ditty.
