All That Remains Guitarist Oli Herbert’s House is Facing Foreclosure
In another bizarre twist in the story of the death of All That Remains guitarist Oli Herbert, The Hartford Courant is reporting that the home of the musician, who was found dead in a pond adjacent to the property in October, is now facing foreclosure.
Attorneys for the bank that gave Herbert a $132,000 mortgage have asked a judge to grant foreclosure on the property, which would allow them to take immediate possession of it. The Freedom Mortgage Corporation filed a foreclosure notice back in June; Herbert never contested that notice and failed to appear in court in September. Oli’s widow, Elizabeth, still lives in the home.
Police launched a more extensive investigation into Herbert’s death in November, deeming it “suspicious.”
