Texas Pastor’s Protests Against Ghost’s Show Were for Naught
Remember the Texas pastor who was very upset about the “devil-worshipping” band Ghost playing his hometown of Midland a couple of weeks back? It seems the “prayer group” he organized to protest the band’s show and pray for the salvation of all the poor souls under the band’s Satanic grip was unsuccessful.
The latest Boxscore report shows the gross for the November 19th show in Midland, and the band was able to draw nearly 1,000 paying customers into the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center, which holds a shade over 1,200. The venue is smaller than many others the band is playing on their current tour, but so is Midland, just the 24th most populous city in Texas.
