Rammstein Guitarist: New Album Due Spring 2019

At last night’s Toothgrinder show at Saint Vitus I ended up spending half the night chatting with drummer Wills Weller’s mom who is my new favorite person on planet earth (if you’re reading this, pleasure to meet you, Suzy!! Helluva boy you raised there). I also ended up chatting with a Rammstein superfan who’s attending the band’s New Year’s Eve party in Mexico and readily admitted to me that her excitement for a new Rammstein album is rooted in the fact that it mostly means the band will be touring again. Touché!

So: the latest update in our ongoing Rammstein new album watch is that guitarist Paul Landers told Music Radar it’s coming in the spring of 2019. You can read more of that interview here if you want, but you could also just refer to the previous paragraph about how
