Pig Destroyer Announce New Album, Head Cage

This is it, folks — the one everyone (well, me at least) has been waiting for! Pig Destroyer have announced that Head Cage, their first new album since 2012’s Book Burner, will drop in September via their longtime label, Relapse. Head Cage will also be PxDx’s first since adding a bassist, John Jarvis, to their line-up.

MetalSucks has heard Head Cage and can assure you it was worth the wait. As though there was any doubt. But it also has some cool surprises you’re like not expecting. Bottom line, this thing is gonna tear you a new Grand Canyon-sized asshole. It’s an immediate frontrunner for the best metal album of 2018.
