Glenn Danzig’s Infamous Los Angeles Home is Up for Sale for $1.2 Million

Say it ain’t so: Glenn Danzig is selling his storied home in the Los Feliz section of Los Angeles.

Instead of selling his LA house as is for cash, Glenn decided to go the traditional route of selling his abode. The 1,544-square foot, four bed, two bath house — located at 4544 Franklin Ave. — appeared on Zillow.com yesterday with an asking price of $1,199,000. The home was built in 1907 and has a two bed / one bath out building behind it, as well as a four-car driveway.

Glenn isn’t mentioned by name in the listing, but Danzig fanatics have been quick to identify the home as his, sending over 57,000 views to the listing since it was first posted. Vanyaland.com tells us that Danzig is rumored to have moved away from the property in recent years, relocating to this house once owned by Lucille Ball,

The house’s new owner will likely have quite a bit of work to do: a February 2017 screen capture from Google Street View (below) shows the house in pretty rough shape. At press time, no information is available about whether or not any motherfucking bricks will be included with the home to sweeten the deal.
