The Ghost Inside Unable to Play Warped Tour
We’re all rooting for The Ghost Inside, who, you probably don’t need to be told, are been on a long, hard road out of hell following their horrific 2015 bus crash, which left two people dead and three of the band members very seriously injured. No one would fault the band if they said “That’s it, we’re done” — bands break up in the face of far less trying circumstances than this all the time — but they’ve vowed to come back, which is beyond admirable.
Unfortunately, it’s going to take a little longer for The Ghost Inside to make their sure-to-be-triumphant return. Although the band was announced for Warped Tour 2017 last March, they’ve now released a video statement in which vocalist Jonathan Vigil reveals that they’ve had to back out of that annual event. Which is disappointing, but only a total shitfuck would fault them.
You can watch the statement below. Like I said, EVERYONE is rooting for these dudes. I’m sure they will make good on their promise to return just as soon as they’re able.
