From the Creators of Hello Kitty Comes Aggretsuko, a Red Panda That Loves Death Metal and Hates Work

Yet another sign that metal is no longer counterculture…

Sanrio, the Japanese company responsible for such kawaii (“cute”) characters such as Hello Kitty, has unveiled its latest creation: Aggretsuko, a red panda that hates her office job and blows off steam with the help of death metal.

Seriously. Not making this shit up.

Hopefully, Sanrio can work it out so that Aggretsuko is able to be a guest star on an episode of Babymetal’s upcoming hybrid live-action/animated series. They seem like they’d be a good fit: a red panda basically looks like a fox, they both love metal, they’re both Japanese, and they both appeal to pedos. Seems like a match made in Heaven to me.
