Announcing Perturbator’s First Ever North American Tour, Presented by MetalSucks and Psycho Entertainment

When news of Pertrubator’s impending North American tour reached the doors of The MetalSucks Mansion, we completely lost it, as regular readers of our ongoing Synthwave Sunday column are no doubt about to do as well: we’ve been waiting for this moment for quite some time. Finally, synthwave’s premiere artist will be bringing his live show — which, by all accounts, is positively mesmerizing — to U.S. and Canadian shores! So naturally we immediately jumped on board along with Psycho Entertainment — the organization behind the Psycho California and Psycho Las Vegas festivals — to present the tour.

Though it’s a limited engagement with only six dates in major markets, think of it as a test run: if we show Perturbator and all the agents, managers, labels, etc. involved — and others in the scene — how much demand there truly is for this stuff, there’ll be more. You can bank on that.

We’ve been promised a full-on light show, keyboards, a decked out DJ booth and a full-on immersive live show experience from Perturbator. Those of you who’ve already seen him live elsewhere in the world can share the experience in the comments. We’ll be right up front in NYC.
