Testament Join the “Brotherhood of the Snake”
2016 is turning out to be a great year for old people who like thrash: by December, Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax, Death Angel, and Testament will all have released new albums. Neater still, the albums we’ve heard already have all been pretty good, and evidence suggests the ones we haven’t heard will be pretty good!
Case in point: “Brotherhood of the Snake,” the title track from Testament’s newly-announced eleventh studio album. Granted, Testament’s ability to make cool music has never really been in question (as opposed to Metallica, Megadeth, or Anthrax), but still… who’s gonna complain about another gnarly riff being unleashed upon the world?
Check out “Brotherhood of the Snake” the song below. Brotherhood of the Snake the album will be released October 28 on Nuclear Blast, and featured cover art by the reliably great Eliran Kantor (who is two for two this week). You can pre-order the album here (physical) or here (digital).
