Useless is More, Way More, on “When Demons Awake”

The job of news media is to find and share info that helps us govern and protect ourselves. In entertainment media, our job is seldom so grim. Sure, once in a while we’ll tip you off about concerts at which you may become the target of a crazy hateful mob, but mostly we’re just trying to wave awesome music into your line of sight. All of it gets sent to us and the best of it freaks us out daily.

We would suck at this job if we didn’t bring you to Useless and their awesome new jam “When Demons Awake.” You will love the moment that somehow you can’t remember how long ago the song started, when exactly Useless’ drummer locked into an ace performance of the perfect beat, what amount of song is still to come, at what point the jam’s one statement no longer bears repeating. It’s awesome, so we’ve officially done our duty and now may return to cranking Useless!!!
