Video: All 40 Periphery Songs / 4 Albums Played in 4 Minutes!

If you read MetalSucks regularly than you’re surely familiar with Paschalis Theotokis, who creates highly entertaining “gigalyric” videos consisting of a clips from every song in a band’s discography performed in as little time as possible. He performed 75 Lamb of God songs (and numerous Randy Blythe hairstyles) in 7 minutes, 99 Metallica songs in 10 minutes, and released a series of Megadeth videos each with one album condensed into less than a minute. What’s the most fun to watch is how Theotokis transitions from one song to the next; arranging and recording these can’t be easy or quick, let alone shooting the accompanying videos.

For his latest feat of strength, Theotokis tackles Periphery’s entire catalog in under four minutes. As usual, he does a bang up job performing these songs and blending them together, and he does an admirable job tackling Spencer Sotelo’s vocal range, too! It’s a good thing he’s releasing this now, though, ’cause if he’d done it after July 22nd he’d have 11 more tracks from Periphery III: Select Difficulty to include!
