Make Them Suffer’s “Ether”: U Jam?

I can’t find any record of MetalSucks having previously busted Make Them Suffer’s collective balls, but they’re on Rise Records and tour with bands like Parkway Drive, so I assume at some point we did. I’m listening to them on Spotify right now and they’re clearly superior to most of their label mates, but not, like, mind-blowing or whatever.

I mention it ’cause I just watched the band’s new video for “Ether” on Lambgoat, and I really like it. Again, not mind-blowing or anything, just a really well-written and executed metalcore song with a smidge of Deftones influence. If the band can write a whole album this catchy, I would listen to that album.

Unfortunately, “Ether” is not part of a whole album, at least not yet. But the single will be released this Friday, June 17.
