You, Listen, Now: New Inter Arma Track “The Paradise Gallows”
This new album from Inter Arma is shaping up to be an absolute beast.
“Transfiguration,” the first song they released, was a sludgy grinder, ripping flesh from your body with a meat hook one bloody swipe at a time.
Now they’ve released “The Paradise Gallows,” and this one will will rip you up too, just a lot more slowly and deliberately. Think being dropped into an empty well and having stones pelted down at you one at a time until you suffocate and/or get crushed to death. And at nearly 12 minutes long, Inter Arma wanna make it as excruciating as possible.
All that’s just another way of saying the track is fantastic. In addition to the aforementioned heaviness it’s also cinematic and strikingly beautiful at times, so make sure you listen all the way through.
Paradise Gallows comes out on July 8th via Relapse; pre-order here.
And don’t forget that Inter Arma are heading out on a MetalSucks-sponsored tour with Withered this spring! Dates below the player.
