According to Lambgoat, John Byrd, former guitarist of Naples, FL, deathcore band King Conquer, has passed away due to issues related to substance abuse. No further details are known.
The band posted the following on their Facebook:
Byrd’s history with King Conquer was troubled to say the least. He claimed to have been left by the side of the road by his band, who themselves claimed he was ripping off their fans. Of course, none of that matters now.
Our hearts go out to Byrd’s loved ones during this difficult time.
