Here’s Slayer and Testament Cuddling Some Puppies

Tuesday sucks far more than Monday, if you ask me. At least you can enter Monday with some foolish idea that you’re starting a fresh week, getting back into the groove. Tuesday is the day when you realize you’re knee-deep in shit and have four more miles of it to slog through.

Thankfully, this morning we have pictures of members of Slayer and Testament chilling with puppies. Yup. This is not a drill.

The dudes recently visited the Motley Zoo Animal Rescue shelter in Redmond, WA, before their Seattle show. Apparently, the bands are big supporters of the shelter, so much so that one dog–the puppy Kerry King is seen below holding–is named ‘Slayer.’

Check out the photos below and in Motley Zoo’s Facebook post on the event. Super hardcore Slayer fans can calm themselves on the fantasy that Slayer roasted and ate the dogs after this shoot, thus negating the fact that Tom and Kerry are, in fact, giant cupcakes in their hearts. Happy Tuesday.
