Say whatever stupid bullshit you want about her, but Grim Kim knows black metal. Two years ago, she told us all to check out Rhode Island’s Bog of the Infidel, but of course I was too busy picking my navel or something.

Well, now the band has streamed “Coils of the Noose” (aw, cool title) from their upcoming album Asleep In The Arms of Suicide (woah, cool title!), and it fucking rules — evil black metal that’s both lo-fi and musically dynamic. These dudes are doing kvlt horror exactly how it should be done. Sorry I didn’t listen the first time, Kim!
