Listen to the New Deftones Song “Prayers/Triangles” Right Now!

Original Post: Deftones have been teasing us with clips of their forthcoming album Gore for weeks already, only to pull down said teasers like 8 seconds after posting them. This while vocalist Chino Moreno has been toying with fans by posting fake versions of the album’s cover artwork. WTF, dudes? If your goal was to get our attention through trolling… well, it’s been working.

But today we get a really real preview of Gore in the form of an entire new track, “Prayers/Triangles,” which is premiering right now on Apple Music Beats 1, one of Apple’s streaming radio stations on iTunes. Who actually listens to Apple’s streaming radio? If you’re Deftones, why bother premiering the track there? Certainly it’s a big coup for Apple, but… I just don’t get it. Anyway, I digress.

The track will be premiering on Zane Lowe’s show at 12:30pm EST / 9:30am PST and can be streamed here, or by clicking the “Radio” tab in iTunes. Head over there now and listen then come back and tell us what you think. We’ll post the inevitable YouTube rip when it becomes available.

Deftones just announced some tour dates in Texas in March, with an appearance at SXSW rumored. Gore will come out on April 8th.
