Metal Musicians React to the Death of The Eagles’ Glenn Frey
As you’ve probably heard, Glenn Frey, founding member of the Eagles, passed away yesterday at the age of 67. The cause of death is a combination of rheumatoid arthritis and pneumonia, both suffered during a recovery from intestinal surgery.
In response to his passing, metal social media has exploded with mourning over Frey’s death, expressing sadness, gratitude, and general anger that our rock idols have been dying en masse this cold winter.
