Cinemetal Premiere: The Hell’s “Fever”
The UK’s most gloriously snotty band, The Hell, have returned with another slammin’ new album, Brutopia (out now on Prosthetic Records — get physical copies here and digital copies here!). And although the band is known for their mischievous wit, which is somehow both low-brow and high-brow at the same time, Brutopia is no laughing matter: MetalSucks’ own Emperor Rhombus named it one of the best metal albums of 2015, calling it a “sneering masterpiece… that’s both hilarious and heated in its confrontation of every asshole on earth.”
Little wonder, then, that we jumped at the chance to premiere the band’s new video, “Fever.” This clip has it all: drama, choreographed dancing, gore, and, perhaps for the first time ever, the bottom half of at least one member of The Hell’s face. Skip it at your own peril.
Says The Hell’s vocalist, NAIL$, of the clip:
“‘THE FEVER’ IS THE BEST SONG EVER WRITTEN AND IT’S ALSO THE FIRST EVER TRUE METAL SONG TO FEATURE REALLY SEXY DANCING. ALSO HAPPY CHRISTMAS YOU FUCKING IDIOTS I HOPE SANTA BRINGS YOU A BIG BAG OF SICK.”
You heard the man. Enjoy your big bag of sick below!
