Finally We Get to See Ghost’s Papa Emeritus III Up Close and Personal

We’ve all known it’s been coming for a while now, since with each new album Ghost keep up the tradition of introducing a “new” version of their frontman Papa Emeritus. We witnessed his live debut last month through some fan-filmed videos and photos, but we haven’t gotten a real up-close look… until now.

Ghost have officially introduced Papa Emeritus III with the following short video, under which a sample of the new song “From The Pinnacle To The Pit” is playing (watch footage of the band performing the song live here). In typical Ghost-ian form, it’s silly and epic and awesome and wonderful all at once. Check it out:

Papa’s looking pretty good these days, eh?
