“The Black Plot”: High on Fire Release New Song, Announce Tour with Pallbearer
At last, Spring is here! The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, the flowers are blooming, and now, thanks to High on Fire, the heads are banging: Rolling Stone has debuted “The Black Plot,” the first single from the band’s forthcoming seventh full-length album, Luminferous.
And man, it is a RIPPER! It’s really easy to envision cranking this shit while driving a convertible at unsafe speeds down suburban streets, taking out mailboxes with baseball bats, egging pedestrians, drag racing other hooligans, and generally being a nuisance to the good, decent people of the world. Y’know — Springtime shit!
Check out “The Black Plot” below. Luminferous comes out June 23 on eOne. And, in case you’re wondering — YES, of course the band is going to tour in support of the release! In fact, they’ve just announced a summer trek with Pallbearer, Lucifer, and Venomous Maximus. That should be a sweaty good time. You can get those at the bottom of this post, courtesy of Metal Insider!
