Coliseum Show Their Heavier Side on New Track “Course Correction”
“Course Correction” is probably the heaviest of the three songs we’ve heard from Coliseum’s newest album Anxiety’s Kiss, but it’s still got that new-school-Coliseum post-rock type of vibe going on. And as stated previously, we’re totally OK with that: this is a band that’s evolved and grown (sometimes drastically) with each release, but they’ve never let us down. So in this case it’s nice to get just a taste of that older heaviness without it feeling like the band specifically penned a “heavy” song for the record just for the sake of doing so.
Oh and hey, guess what! New Coliseum tour dates to boot; they’ll be hitting the road this June. Get ’em below and stream “Course Correction” while you’re at it. Do not miss these guys live… they’re a hoot.
