For better or worse, here are the things you clicked on in 2014.
You all were into Slipknot; you all were REALLY into Slipknot.
You were also into [arguing about] our 25 Best Metal Bands of All Time countdown.
You were attracted to deaths, although it pains me to discover that Wayne Static’s generated more interest than Dave Brockie’s.
You dug some silly viral videos.
You complained that MetalSucks wasn’t covering enough lesser known bands that could use the press, yet we covered over 100 unsigned acts in 2014 in our regular Unsigned and Unholy series, and, unsurprisingly, those posts generated relatively few comments and pageviews. (But we will continue to cover them nonetheless!)
