Season’s Greetings in the Abyss: Slayer Christmas Card Updated for 2014
Dominic Sohor, the dude who previously brought us Metallica and Iron Maiden birthday cards and a Slayer Christmas card, has updated the latter design for this holiday season — lest you have to send the same card to your fellow headbangers two Christmases (Christmasi?) in a row.
The new card, you will notice immediately, is based on Seasons in the Abyss. It’s good, but, honestly, not as good as last year’s “Reindeer Blood” card — this one basically looks like he made some appropriate additions and subtractions to the original album art. Still, it’s pretty cool, and I love that Santa is vomiting gifts.
