Maryland Deathfest XIII (2015) Announces Complete Lineup

UPDATE, August 21, 6:27pm EDT: Now Skinless, Suffocation, Tombs and Vattnet Viskar have been added to the bill as well.

The organizers of Maryland Deathfest have really mastered the art of the tease: they whet fans’ appetites by releasing an initial list of bands booked for next year’s event shortly after the current year’s festival wraps up, then they release a big second wave of bands mid-summer, and then, finally, the complete lineup at August winds down, a full eight months before next year’s fest. Meanwhile all us pawn websites post about the updates each time and MDF gets three times as much press as they would’ve had they just announced the complete lineup all in one shot. Smart! No wonder the event sells out every year well in advance. Or it could have something to do with the fact that the lineup is consistently amazing and incredibly unique.

We posted an update with the bands announced to date in July, when the second wave was released, and the bill was already shaping up to be incredibly sweet. MDF just released the final billing on their Facebook page a couple of hours ago, and man… are you ready? On first glance, a few bands I see that’ve been added since the last round are Origin, Antigama, Cephalic Carnage, Devourment, Full of Hell, Thantifaxath, Primitive Man, Inter Arma, Agoraphobic Nosebleed and Obituary… and I’m sure a lot more.
