Bison (Formerly Bison B.C.) Premiere New Song “Calm, Friendly And Euthymic”

Back in December, Bison — with newfound freedom to drop the “B.C.” from their name after being served walking papers by Metal Blade Records — debuted a new track called “1,000 Needles” via MetalSucks. Guitarist/vocalist Dan And mentioned in a band update at the time that the track would appear on a vinyl 12″ of the same name sometime in the new year along with a B-side called “Calm, Friendly And Euthymic.” Well, nearly half a year later we finally get to hear the latter! Here it is:

It’s a banger, eh? I also just learned the meaning of the word euthymic: “pertaining to a normal mood in which the range of emotions is neither depressed nor highly elevated.” Hooray, metal being educational!

The 1000 Needles EP is due in June on War On Music Records, although we can’t find an exact release date or pre-order link just yet.
