Listen to Krokodil, the New Band Featuring Members of SikTh and Gallows

SikTh reunion? We don’t need no stinkin’ SikTh reunion!

Actually, yes we do.

But Krokodil — featuring SikTh drummer Dan Foord and bassist James Leach (the latter of whom is also allegedly in new Prosthetic Records signees The Hell) — are pretty damned good too. Gallows guitarist Laurent Barnard, Hexes guitarist/vocalist Dan P. Carter, Cry for Silence guitarist Alex Venturella and Liber Necris vocalist Simon Wright make Krokodil a UK supergroup of sorts, but ultimately none of that stuff really matters because the music speaks for itself.

Revolver has the premiere of the new song “Shatter.” It’s not very SikTh-y; it’s more on the hardcore side, kinda like a less frenetic Enabler or something, mixed with a bit of a hard rock vibe. The song comes from the exclusive Record Store Day seven-inch  “Shatter”/ “Dead Man’s Path,” which, of course, comes out tomorrow worldwide. It’s very good! Stream it here:
