Sabaton Went to Spin Class

Well, you gotta hand Sabaton points for originality. I can honestly say I’ve never heard about a metal band — or any band, for that matter — doing this.

The band recently made an appearance at a gym in their native Sweden, where they not only performed for a spin class, but participated in said spin class themselves. Which sounds like it was probably a fun workout for Sabaton fans. Personally, it would have felt like a nightmare for me — “I keep peddling, and yet I’m not getting any further away from the shitty music!!!” — but that’s just one of many reasons I never go to the gym.

Sabaton’s new album, Heroes, comes out May 16 on Nuclear Blast.
