The Devil (You Know) Went Down to Georgia Australia

The Devil You Know, to whom I hope to someday soon be able to stop referring to as “the new project featuring Howard Jones (ex-Killswitch Engage), Francesco Artusato (All Shall Perish), and  John Sankey (Devolved)” because it’s a lot to type every time I wanna write about them, are gearing up to be a really real thing! First, they signed with Nuclear Blast, and now they’ve have announced their first tour. They’ll be part of Australia’s Soundwave Festival next year, along with Megadeth, Alice in Chains, Avenged Sevenfold, The Black Dahlia Murder, and a ton of other metal bands.

These are the band’s first announced live shows, but it’s not unimaginable that they’ll end up playing some other gigs before then. (I don’t have any insider info — I’m just saying, a lot can happen in four months.) So even for those of us don’t live Down Undah can take joy in knowing that there will be live footage soon enough.
