Video: Trio of Polish Women “Work Out” to Behemoth’s “Alas, Lord Is Upon Me” (NSFW, Sort Of)

Younger readers probably don’t remember a magical time before the internet made adult entertainment readily available and hormonally ebullient adolescent boys sometimes had to make do with the lingerie section from the local department store catalog and ridiculously porny workout videos that seemed to always be on at least one cable channel no matter what.

Those videos were a real life saver when I was in junior high school, but in retrospect, there is one thing which could have made them that much more erotic for me: if the women working out onscreen were doing so to a metal soundtrack instead of overly-caffeinated  muzak. Y’know, kinda like this:

Granted, this video really seems to be more droll than sexy, but I’ve heard tell that in Poland, sex is, in fact, considered to be high comedy. So there ya go.
