New Jex Thoth Song “Keep Your Weeds” is So Good I Don’t Even Need to Smoke Mine

Any insults lobbed my way for the following declaration are well deserved: I have not really ever paid much attention to Jex Thoth. I have no good reason; just never really got around to it, and no friend of mine ever got in my face and said “DUDE, listen to this.” I guess I have poor taste in friends.

Listen to Jex’s brand new song “Keep Your Weeds” below from the forthcoming new album Blood Moon Rise. It’s not as doomy as I expected given the little bit of Jex Thoth material I’ve heard in the past, but it’s no less psychedelic. And it’s absolutely gorgeous, arresting, melancholic, arresting and dynamic. I cannot wait to hear the rest of the album.
