Textures and the Search for a New Guitar Player

Remember after Mike Portnoy left Dream Theater how the band did this multi-part documentary chronicling the audition process for a new drummer? Well, now Textures have done something similar, only with regards to the loss of guitarist and founding member Jochem Jacobs, and not Mike Portnoy. In case that’s somehow unclear. Some of you are pretty dumb.

ANYWAY, other ways in which this differs from the Dream Theater thinger: Textures aren’t drawing it out for an ungodly amount of time (all the auditions are completed in this fourteen-minute video, and I imagine the victor will be announced within the next week or so), and I actually care who gets the job.
