RANDY BLYTHE ACQUITTED!!!

Lamb of God’s Randy Blythe has been acquitted of manslaughter charges in the Czech Republic, Novinky.cz reports. He will not serve jail time, nor does he owe any monetary damages to the family of  nineteen year old fan Daniel Nosek, who suffered fatal injuries at a Lamb of God show in 2010.

Blythe has also posted the below photo, which was taken by ex-Murderdolls/ex-Dope guitarist Acey Slade, on his Instagram account…

…along with the following message:

“I have been found not guilty & acquitted of all charges against me. I am a free man. This photo was taken by my friend @aceyslade– it says it all. Please remember the family of Daniel Nosek in your thoughts & prayers in this difficult time. I only wish for them peace. Thank you for your support- Randy”

In his closing statement, Blythe vowed to make sure that conditions of the concert Nosek attended would never occur again, either at a Lamb of God show or any other band’s show.

Blythe’s ordeal may not quite be over, as prosecutors have eight days to appeal the decision — which they say they plan to do.

But for now, on behalf of everyone at MetalSucks, I’d just like to say CONGRATULATIONS RANDY!!! Justice is served.
